Company Background...
Concierge Technologies, Inc. was given its name because the company's products perform the same services as those provided
by the concierge in a world-class hotel. Namely, hotel concierges record and hold messages for guests and take special steps to notify them when especially important messages are received, as do the software
products of Concierge Technologies, Inc. While the concierges at five-star hotels usually act in a world of limited communications channels, Concierge's products enable users to
be constantly in touch with a variety of Internet-based and other means of communications. The company was founded to design, develop, distribute, market, and
support a new class of Internet-related unified messaging solutions. The company's charter is to enable users to remotely access Internet e-mail, fax
and voice messages stored on their own PCs from any telephone and to restrict access by unauthorized persons. Concierge's introductory product,
the Audio E-Mail version of the Personal Communications Attendant (PCA) may be ordered for a one-time cost of $39.95 by clicking on
Ordering. PCA reads users' e-mail messages to them over any telephone, while the Pro version will add fax and voicemail capabilities. For more
details on Concierge's current and planned products, please visit the Products section of this site.
